How it works
Drive. Import. Fix three corners.
No cloud account, no upload queue. The debrief runs on your machine, on your files.
Drive your session
Run practice or a race in iRacing as usual. MindLine reads the .ibt telemetry iRacing already records.
Pick a reference
Your teammate's ghost (.blap), a Garage 61 CSV, or your own best lap. You choose who you chase.
Get the verdict
The debrief ranks your biggest time losses corner by corner — and turns the top ones into a plan for the next session.
The free debrief
An engineer's debrief, not a dashboard.
Most tools show you charts and leave the diagnosis to you. MindLine does the diagnosis — then shows the chart that proves it.
Ranked time loss per corner, measured by distance against your reference — so you spend the next run where it pays.
Braking point and peak pressure vs reference — earlier, later, harder, softer, in meters and percent.
Minimum corner speed per turn, stamped with the reference it was compared against.
Time off both pedals — the hidden loss most drivers never see — plus brake/throttle overlap.
Two or three objectives for the next session, not twenty. The debrief pre-selects them for you.
Optional AI coach chat that rephrases the findings — it is never allowed to invent a number. Uses your own API key.

Why trust it
Built on one rule: no invented numbers.
Local-first
Your telemetry is processed and stored on your PC. No upload, no account, no server reading your laps.
Deterministic engine
Every figure in the debrief is computed from your data. When a reference can't answer (a ghost has no pedal data), MindLine says "unknown" — it never guesses.
Grounded coaching
The advice follows established race-craft — braking points, minimum speed, coasting — the fundamentals coaches actually teach, applied to your numbers.
FAQ
Fair questions.
Windows warns about an "unknown publisher". Why?
MindLine is a new independent app, so Windows SmartScreen hasn't built a reputation for it yet — the warning appears for every young application, not just ours. The download you get here is exactly the build we published, and the app runs fully offline. Code signing is planned as the project grows.
Where does my data go?
Nowhere. Laps, references and debriefs live in local files on your machine. The optional AI chat is the only feature that talks to the internet, it uses your own API key, and the debrief is fully usable without it.
What do I need to run it?
Windows 10/11 and iRacing. For comparisons you'll want a reference lap: a Garage 61 CSV export, an .ibt file, or an iRacing ghost (.blap).
Is the AI making the numbers up?
No — and that's the core design decision. A deterministic engine computes every number from your telemetry. The AI layer only rephrases those findings and is blocked from adding figures of its own. If the data can't support a claim, you get "unknown", not a guess.
Which sims are supported?
iRacing only, for now. Doing one sim properly beats doing five badly — other sims may follow.
